5 Players I’d Love To See In A Rhinos’ Shirt

The off-season is always a time for speculation among the fans about who will be coming and who will be leaving their club before the next season begins. No matter how well, or bad, a club performed in the previous season the squad can always be improved.

Here are 5 players that I’d love to see in a Leeds Rhino’s shirt at some point…

  1. Billy Slater, Melbourne Storm
  2. Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook, St Helens
  3. Sam Burgess, South Sydney
  4. John Bateman, Bradford Bulls
  5. Tony Clubb, London Broncos

It’s no secret that the nucleus of the Rhinos squad over the last 10 years have been the same players, these players aren’t getting any younger and will probably all retire/move on within a couple of years of each other. The above players are a good mix of youth, experience and players in their prime that could help the club continue it’s success if they were ever able to play for Leeds.

That’s just my opinion, who would you like to see pulling on a Rhinos jersey?
